Roxanna Devlin – Med Stay, LLC Co-Founder
A businesswoman for over three decades, Roxanna Devlin works at Med Stay, LLC, formerly Medical Housing Solutions, a company she co-founded in 2015. Roxanna Devlin has held a multifaceted role at the company.
As co-founder, she has helped define and refine the company mission and long-term strategy to establish affordable, safe medical housing throughout Nashville and other markets. Roxanna Devlin also oversees property leasing and purchasing, maintenance, guest services, and health-focused hospitality management.
Moreover, Roxanna Devlin partners with hospitals, transplant centers, social workers, referring agencies, and insurance providers to expedite guest referrals and ensure support. She manages firm investments, grants, and revenue streams to ensure the company's financial sustainability, and oversees the company’s trademark. Additionally, she maintains health standards and ensures they align with hospitality and healthcare best practices.
Roxanna Devlin plays an integral role in building the company’s brand identity through coordinating communications, fundraising, community outreach, and patient-centric storytelling. As a team builder, she recruits, leads, and develops her team so they can deliver high-touch concierge services and guest care aligned with medical clients’ needs.
Besides her work at Med Stay, Roxanna Devlin has been on the board of directors at the Adventure Science Center and the Nashville Children’s Theatre and is a board member at Book ‘Em. She also volunteers at Second Harvest Food Bank and the Humane Association. She currently resides in Nashville, Tennessee.
